Emily Handaru

Emily started with Financial Security Management, Inc. in January of 2022. Emily has her Bachelor in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia and MBA In Finance from University of New Orleans. She has spent the majority of her professional work in the tax field working with Ernst & Young and US Mining Subsidiary, both in Indonesia and as a tax preparer for a number of CPA offices in Denver. Emily earned Enrolled Agent designation in 2021, which allows her to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Emily has been living in Colorado since 2011 with her husband and son and loves cooking, especially Asian cuisine. In her spare time, she enjoys movies, especially Korean Drama and is an active member of her Church.
