Julie started with FSM back in January 2021 as our Office Manager and has continued to greet our clients with the same contagious kindness ever since her first day. With a background in computer science and consulting, Julie is well equipped with the knowledge and skills to anticipate, analyze, and solve problems, all while collaborating effectively with our clients and staff. Her commitment to intentional service extends beyond her professional life, as she has always been actively involved in her community. Julie continues to support her children's passions, volunteer in various capacities, and hold leadership positions in schools and other organizations.

About Julie
The Schottlands' have had some pretty cool adventures. Julie and her family love to explore the outdoors. Some of their most memorable adventures together have included mountain biking trips, backpacking the Colorado Trail, and scaling some impressive peaks. From San Diego to Washington to Florida, their three kids have them running all over the country with their colleges and careers. Their kids are often going on crazy road trips together, visiting National Parks, and travelling to different countries. Here's a crazy cool fact: all three kids climbed and summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro together!

If you ever visit the office and Julie's not around, there's a good chance she's out on a run. She loves the outdoors and will fully take advantage of our awesome Colorado weather. She has been running for years and has completed several half-marathons and even the Chicago Marathon - a true feat of endurance.

Julie's furry companion is Luna, a beautiful black-coated retriever. Fun fact about Luna: she's completed an epic agility course, which trained her well to keep up with her mom during those long runs! If you're lucky, you might see Luna around the office during your next visit.
