Elise started working with FSM in 2020 as a seasonal document processor and is now working as an Executive Assistant, helping to improve and enhance the overall client experience. Elise is passionate about fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture and always strives to create a positive work environment. Her desire to help others is what makes her a valuable member of the team.

About Elise
Elise is proud to be a Colorado native! She grew up with her family in Littleton, Colorado, and spent most of her childhood exploring the outdoors. They are a family who loves to hike, visit mountain towns, and spend quality time together with their extended family.

The best plant-mom ever! For the past few years, Elise has been growing her plant collection. She's collected all different kinds of plants; her favorites being Monsteras. Her best advice: don't overwater!

Elise loves a good adventure. With a heart for exploration, Elise has a goal to travel to as many new places as possible (and try lots of new food along the way). Top on her bucket list: Thailand, Italy, and Ireland.

Since her mom, Rachael, is also an FSM employee, she grew up visiting the office alongside her mom and attending very important office meetings at just 4 years old. She remembers going to FSM holiday parties and client appreciation events.
