Rachael joined the FSM team in the fall of 2013 as a Financial Assistant. She primarily works alongside the Investment Advisor Representatives, handling and resolving client queries, developing strategies for maintaining and improving overall client experiences, and assisting with the onboarding of new clients. Rachael previously worked in the creative world of marketing, photography, and graphic design. Working closely with her team, she prioritizes collaboration and values teamwork to enhance the customer experience, develop partnerships, and provide exceptional service to clients.

About Rachael
Rachael has spent the majority of her life living in Colorado with her husband, two kids, and faithful golden retriever. They really value quality family time and also have a shared passion for music. Whether it's playing instruments, singing, or dancing, music is usually at the center of their gatherings. Rachael spends her free time and weekends pursuing her hobbies of photography, reading, cooking, and traveling.

A croissant a day keeps the doctor away! Rachael and her family had the trip of a lifetime, traveling all over Italy! They spent their time taking lots of photos, touring museums, visiting the countryside, and even roamin' around Pompeii. She emphasized how perfect the weather was for them, and how they were "exhausted but in the best way!" But the best part of the trip was being able to create amazing experiences together with her family. "We belly laughed every day!"

Fun fact: Rachael and her husband are actually long-time FSM clients themselves! Before joining the team at FSM, Rachael and her husband were onboarded as clients back in 1996!
