Office Efficiency Manager
Russell joined the FSM team in 2021 as a seasonal employee and is now working full-time as the Office Efficiency Manager. Russell has been a great addition to the team. He always has something to say, usually when the topic involves what we should eat for lunch. What we appreciate most about Russell is his ability to comfort and care for our clients. It's truly a gift. Yes, he might have selective hearing, but his love is unconditional.

About Russell
Not your typical canine. When Russell's not at the office putting in the hours, working on building his 401-canine, you will find him shopping, watching TV, or strolling around the local Farmer's Market. He's really great at picking out the best chicken thighs and the most high-quality watermelons. If they are anything less than perfect, he won't accept.

Russell's nighttime routine includes 10 minutes of belly scratches, one after-dinner cookie, and at least three compliments from his family before he is tucked into his parents' bed.

Let's talk about Russell's Core Values. Russell values fairness and equality because he believes if you're eating food, he should get some, too. He loves his mom, Julia, so much. Quality time, especially with his family, is his highest ranked Love Language. Physical touch comes in close second, though. He is also very loyal to those he trusts.
