Roxie Dillon
Paraplanner / Tax Assistant
Roxie joined the FSM Team for the 2025 tax season as a paper document processor, but her willingness to help and adaptability soon made her invaluable. Her interest in financial planning started at an early age, greatly influenced by her grandmother's positive relationship with finance. Roxie has a background in human resources and was originally drawn to social work—both the service aspect and the psychology aspect. A former stay-at-home mom ready to transition back to work, she decided to pursue her true passion: finance! Now Series 65 certified, Roxie is excited for the chance to seek connection and common ground while also helping people learn to manage their money.

About Roxie
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Roxie settled in San Diego for a while before finally moving to Denver in June 2021 to be closer to family. She loves the mountains and has taken up skiing, and hopes to improve her snowboarding skills next.

Roxie has lived abroad in both Bogotá, Colombia and São Paulo, Brazil and speaks both Spanish and Portuguese! She would love to travel more now, especially as her children get older. Sweden is high up on the list for her, and then Costa Rica. She loves to try new things and have new experiences.

Roxie has two kids, Maya and Levi, who love to snowboard while she skis. They do a lot of outdoorsy things together, and travel back to St. Louis to visit friends. Roxie and Maya are currently contemplating joining a choir together! We really hope they do, because we know Roxie has a lovely voice.
