Client FAQ - PNC Transition Notice
Do I need to provide new banking information if I am staying with PNC?
Yes. Even if you remain with PNC, your routing and account numbers will change, and we will need the updated information.
What if I am moving to another bank?
We will need your new routing and account numbers, along with a copy of either a voided check or a bank statement that clearly shows your name and new account information. You may provide this information as soon as your new account has been established.
How should I send my new banking information?
Upload your documents to your Financial Documents folder in SmartVault. You can also request a secure email to be sent to you and then your reply will come back to us securely. Request a secure email by calling 303-988-1411. For your protection, do not send banking information through text or regular email.
What documents can I provide?
You may provide either:
-
The “Account Transfer Confirmation” document mailed by FirstBank/PNC (both sides), or
-
A voided check from your new account.
Will my scheduled Schwab transfers be interrupted?
To help avoid disruption during the transition, transfers scheduled between June 18 and the end of the month will be moved to June 15 unless you request that we skip June transfers.
When will I receive Docusign paperwork for the new money link?
DocuSign paperwork will be sent after June 22 from our Client Service Team as long as we have already received your new account information.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
Call 303-988-1411 or email info@fsm-inc.com. Our team is here to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
Which pages do I need to send?
We need the very first page with your address on it and the pages with your new account number. See below - we need front and back.
